A special meeting of the Irem Golf Association for the purpose of discussion-voting on Masonic Villages request for monetary support of the new clubhouse restaurant was held on December 3, 2008.

The IGA membership approved for a period of one year, an assessment of each member in the amount of $200.00.  This amount, as in the past, will appear as a “credit” in the new clubhouse restaurant.

DUES LETTERS

The Country Club business office will be mailing dues notices to all current IGA members on December 5, 2008. 

Those members paying their dues “in full” by January 15, 2009 will receive 10 passes.

Those members paying their dues “in full” by February 15, 2009 will receive 5 passes.

DUES PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS

In an effort to ease the burden of paying 2009 dues in one payment, the IGA executive committee has developed a payment plan option.  Details of the payment plan option will be included with your dues letter.
