The much under rated Blue team shocked the field by coming from a 6 point deficit from Friday's matches to crush the Red Team's power house by 26 points after Sunday's nail biting rounds.  The pressure was felt by both teams well into the afternoon on Sunday when the Blue's  middle to high handicap players sealed the win for the team.  Players from both teams enjoyed a 3 day fun filled event which showed a great amount of enthusiasm, commodore and excitement.  A total of 92 golfers signed up for the event which was a great turnout for its first year.  As word gets around, next years event should be a sell out of 144 golfers.  Special thanks for an outstanding job in coordinating and running the event to Jim Fronzoni and Earl Thompson.
